Cancellation Policy
No call, no shows (10+ minutes late with no contact) will be required to pay 100% of their service charge and will receive no refunds.
If you are 10 minutes late or more to your
appointment you will be charged 100% of your service charge, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to reschedule.
If you cancel under 48 hours notice you will be required to pay 50% of your service charge and will receive no refund.
A card on file is required to book with me.
Failure to pay your service charge will result in no longer being accepted onto my books.
All services are non refundable.
Deposits are required for new clients. 50% of your service charge is required upon booking to save your appointment on my books.
